Temporary Pause on U.S. Shipping

Important Update for U.S. Customers

As of August 29, 2025, the United States has ended the de minimis exemption, which previously allowed packages under $800 to enter the country without duties or full customs processing.

This means all shipments from Canada to the U.S., regardless of value, must now go through full customs clearance and may be subject to duties and fees.

Why We’ve Paused U.S. Shipping

These changes create unpredictable costs and potential delays for our customers. To avoid surprise charges or a poor delivery experience, we have temporarily paused shipping to the U.S. while we review solutions.

We expect to resume shipping as soon as we can provide a smooth and fair process for our U.S. customers.

What This Means for You

  • If you are located in the U.S., checkout is currently disabled.
  • Orders placed before August 23, 2025 will ship as normal.
  • We will post updates here and on our homepage when U.S. shipping becomes available again.
