We specialize mostly in laser-cut fabric patches, which are durable, cleanly detailed, and built to last. We also offer some printed IR-type patches, as well as traditional morale and tactical designs.

We currently offer over 120 different fabrics and more than 40 specialty backing types, including infrared (IR), retroreflective, non-reflective, and glow-in-the-dark materials—so your patch can be tailored exactly to your visibility or operational needs.

Yes—but your design needs to be already created. We’re patch makers, not graphic designers. If your file is ready to go, we’ll take care of turning it into a patch. We can help with minor formatting or cleanup for production, but we don’t create artwork from scratch. We accept most common file formats (PDF, AI, SVG, PNG, etc.), but vector files are preferred for best results.

Once we’ve produced your patch, we can keep your file and setup on record. Just mention your previous order when reordering, and we’ll handle the rest.

For custom design orders, we always provide a digital proof before production and wait for your approval before moving forward. Physical samples may also be arranged for larger orders or specific cases—just reach out to discuss.

Most orders ship in approximately 5 business days. Larger orders or more complex designs might take a little longer, but we’ll always be upfront about timelines.

We ship across Canada, the United States, and internationally. Tracked shipping is included with all orders, and rates are kept as low as possible. Expedited and express shipping options are also offered at checkout.

We’re proudly based in Canada. All design, prep, and production is handled entirely in-house. With very rare exceptions, we do not outsource—and we never use drop shipping. Everything is shipped directly from us, so you always know exactly where your patches are coming from.

Most of our clients are active or retired military, police, first responders, and tactical professionals. We take pride in earning their trust and delivering patches that meet their standards.

Because most of our patches are custom-made, returns aren’t typically accepted unless there’s a production issue. But if something’s off, let us know—we’ll fix it.
